Members can preregister by logging in and clicking the link to “2013 Meeting Registration.”
Nonmembers can join the AHA now to receive discounted preregistration member rates, or register for the meeting online by logging in as a nonmember and clicking the link to “Registration.” If you don’t have a nonmember account, create one and then log in to register for the meeting.
To book a standard room or suite for the meeting, you must first register for the meeting. Once you’ve completed registration, you will receive an email acknowledging your registration and providing you information on making a hotel reservation. Housing will open at the end of September. Check the Annual Meeting page or the link to housing in your registration confirmation email for the most up-to-date housing information.
Know a student nonmember who is registering for the annual meeting? The difference between student nonmember preregistration ($115) and student member preregistration ($75) for the annual meeting is the price of joining the AHA as a student. Therefore, we encourage students attending the meeting to join the AHA before preregistering, and they’ll receive both discounted registration pricing plus all the benefits of AHA membership.
Discounted preregistration rates last until December 18th. On December 19, 2012 the cost of registration will switch to the higher onsite rates.
Look for the Annual Meeting Program online at the end of this month. Members can expect to receive their paper Program in the mail in November. Nonmember registrants will receive their copy of the Program at the meeting.
