On the job market and having trouble managing your application materials? On a search committee and overwhelmed with applications? The AHA is happy to announce that we will be offering complimentary Interfolio services as a new member benefit. Interfolio is an online service that streamlines the application process for both job seekers and search committees by delivering and collecting professional dossiers.

Job Seekers receive a complimentary 1-Year subscription to use the Interfolio Dossier service. Users can manage multiple letters of recommendation, upload writing samples, choose which materials will be delivered to prospective employers, and create professional portfolios to showcase their work.

Search Committees receive a 1-year complimentary license to Interfolio ByCommittee, an online service that helps committees easily collect and review applications and ultimately creates a better experience for search committees and job seekers.

Some of the tools available:

• Job Seekers can manage their academic credentials, apply for opportunities and manage their job search.
• Departments will be able to use ByCommittee to manage their faculty searches.
• Individual Faculty preparing for tenure review can use Interfolio Portfolio to build and manage a professional portfolio using examples of their work and letters of recommendation.
• Letter Writer Service is a free, secure and convenient online service used by over 200,000 faculty and administrators to write and submit confidential letters of recommendation for their students.
