Grant of the Week: Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library Research Travel Grants

AHA Staff | Feb 28, 2014

The Gerald R. Ford Foundation awards grants of up to $2,000 each in support of research in the archival collections of the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library, part of the system of presidential libraries administered by the National Archives and Records Administration. The collections are especially rich on U.S. government domestic policies, diplomacy and national political affairs in the 1970s. A grant helps to defray the travel and living expenses of a research trip to the Library. Application postmark deadlines are March 15 and September 15. Any person with a serious interest in the holdings of the Library may apply. Selection criteria include the scope and pertinence of Library archival collections, project significance, appropriateness of project design, and applicant qualifications. Before you apply, please contact the Library for information about holdings related to your project.
