Revise and Resubmit Drink Recipe Finally Revealed!

At long last, we have the recipe for the “Revise and Resubmit” drink, now found at the Roosevelt Sazerac Bar, which will be served both tonight and tomorrow:

Red Breast Irish Whiskey
Regans’s Orange Bitters
Guinness Stout
