The Memoria Romana Project, a Max Planck Institute award project, is offering doctoral fellowships and research stipends to support work relating to memory in the areas of Roman history, literature, archaeology, art, and religion. The maximum amount awarded for the doctoral fellowships is 1,100 EUR, and for the research stipends, 3,000 EUR. Applications are considered every three months. The upcoming deadlines for receiving applications are November 1, 2010; February 1, 2011; May 1, 2011; and August 1, 2011.
