Top Tumblrs for Historians

By Vanessa Varin

Tumblr is a virtual goldmine of creative, niche micro-blogs. A few weeks ago, I asked our Twitter followers to recommend their favorite funny Tumblrs, and received a number of endorsements. *Fair warning, some of the Tumblrs use colorful language.

I would add Jessica M Johnson’s African Diaspora PhD http://africandiasporaphd.tumblr.com/ for great material on people of African descent in the Americas.
